I read some pretty wacko stuff online today; apparently three girls from a high school said the word "vagina" in their play in front of kids (elementary kids I suppose). They were suspended for saying vagina. One of them defended themself by saying "vagina is not a bad word." How do you get permission by youtube to upload videos that are longer than 10 minutes?! Like when I upload Naruto Episodes, which is 23 minutes long each ep, It says I need permission to upload videos that long. Please help me!
