Lots of heat (hot soup, hot tea, hot bubble bath, heating pad on the stomach). No sugar, wear socks if you don't have carpet on the floor, and relax. Eat healthy food during your cycle but no cold foods like salad, cold cereal, or yogurt. Eat things with fiber like oatmeal. Eats lots of chicken soup or veggie soups. Heat really makes it better. A gentle laxative even helps a lot because it releases a lot of pressure on the stomach.

Fill an empty pepsi bottle with hot water and put on belly or take a magnet off the fridge and put right below belly button and leave there--does miracles.

Take a water bottle, fill it with water and place it wherever it hurts, or lie in the bath with nice warm water for a while. It will help you relax and ease the pain or your cramps.
