Can some of you out there please make me feel better. I have been very sad lately because I am going to be a freshman this year in High School and I still haven't had a boyfriend or a first kiss. My friends all had boyfriends in 3rd grade. How could that be? Will I ever get a boyfriend because I live in a small town and I am a little shy.

I always want to be shown some love from the other sex and hear kind words from my friends even when im with a girl i will get infatuated very easy.. then when im shown love etc sometimes i will get bored.. duno why maybe cauze i had family probs when i was young but this thing really confuses me i even dnt blv alot in myself i know im good at many things but i think i dnt have the key to sucess and when i try to set a goal i always fail it could all this be because i never heard kind words from my father and he always discarouged me ?

I need to get full custody of my 12 mos. old baby, i'm a custodian parent. Not married. The father is not responsilble, has alcohol problems and was/is drug addict. Also is still not paying child support (case is in court). The father wasn't around since the baby was born and didn't see the child for last 3 mos. there's no visitation right scheduled so far. I will agree to supervised visits either by myself or social worker. What do i need to do to get full custody? how difficult it will be to get it? Also i would like to get order of protection.

In a Native American studies class, just curious to see what respponses are. Should Native-Americans get special treatments assured in treaties, or should that just become a thing of the past and should be more integrated?

Personally I believe native communities and US state and fed governments should live up to the treaties. The state must help Native communities in the transition (which I feel they haven't), while at the same time having a system of treaty renewal completely ensuring the survival of Native traditions (and unfortunately due to assimilationist policies int he past, they should have a revival). What's your view?

The story was about an old woman who was selling her old beaten up house but she asked for an unusually high price much to the dismay of the realtor. However when she did get a buyer she poisoned him with lemonade. It was then explained that there was a treasure or a stash of money hidden in the house and the buyer was the thief who put it there trying to get it back. Does this story sound familiar to anyone?
