The story was about an old woman who was selling her old beaten up house but she asked for an unusually high price much to the dismay of the realtor. However when she did get a buyer she poisoned him with lemonade. It was then explained that there was a treasure or a stash of money hidden in the house and the buyer was the thief who put it there trying to get it back. Does this story sound familiar to anyone? If so what is the name of it and who is the author?

I know that story, and I'm pretty sure that it was in one of the 'Alfred Hitchcock' books that I read it. It was a long time ago - sorry, but I don't remember the name of it.
