You can buy a copy of the uniform from Hooters.com.
If you are looking for all of the accessories, like the socks, hose and the pouch, you will need to go to ebay.com.
Also, ebay.com has uniforms in case you are looking for a particular location.
And, if you go to hotlegs.com, they sell the scrunchie socks and the tights the hooters waitresses wear (or a close second)

Go to your local Hooters. Talk to your waitress on the DL...they're not supposed to sell those things to the public. See if you can make arrangements with her to purchase a uniform. She can buy a uniform at any point during her shift, but wouldn't be able to get it to you during your visit (almost guaranteed). You might have to come back another day and sit in her section so she can bring it out to you. She could get in big trouble/fired for selling a uniform so she won't do anything to raise suspicions.
Make sure you leave her a decent tip (at LEAST 20%) so she isn't turned-off and changes her mind.
If all this seems like too much work, see what you can find on e-bay.
PS I just looked at Hooters.com...YES you can order them there (which is crazy to me). But you'd probably be able to strike a better deal with a Hooters girl, they pay 50% of the cost and no shipping.

I am a Hooter's girl and I for one think that there is a misconception about Hooters and the girls who work with. I work mostly with wholesome, good natured, smart women, give or take a few slutty hoebags. I wish I wasn't judged so harshly for the job I have. People seem to look down on me for working there while I go through college. But hey, is there really something wrong with using my looks as a way to get bigger tips? :)

Just go to your local Hooters with your checkbook. You'll get the entire uniform and anything else you want that they have.

You can get the T-shirt from your neighborhood Hooter's; I don't know if they sell the shorts though.
