I keep hearing people whose accent is clearly north American using "bum" to mean backside. I'd always thought this was just a British/Australian/possibly Canadian thing.

Do US people do it too, or is it just Canadians? Peter does it in Family Guy once, and I'd assume he's not meant to be Canadian.

My lab is a little over 3 months now and he has plenty of chew toys, but I know he would love a real bone. I've heard they should be past a certain age before you can give them one. Is this true? How old exactly?

I have some data. I have theorized that it should be close to the linear trend Applied Force predicted [N] = 0.225 [KG] * Acceleration [m/s/s].

I take the acceleration data I have collected and put it through this predictive function. I plot the resulting theoretical data as Forve vs. Acceleration.

Should I instruct MS excel to add a linear trend(along with the y=mx+b output the linear fit produces) to this predictive data?

why or why not??

I really like this guy at school he is funny cute nice and adorable he is one year older than me ( seveth grade) and i know he lkes me he is always smileing at me glangeing at me etc. and once when we sang together ( i sang he played gutaur ) he told me i was a great singer and looked good doing it i could barely say thank you!!! i dont know how to talk around this guy and my mind goes tottaly blank i have dated two other guys before but i never felt like this around any of them before i really like this guy and i know he likes me to so why cant i talk to him???!!!! I have an 11 yr old son and a 9 yr old daughter. Their father left the day that she was born. There has been no contact since. 2 nights ago he shows up at my door, wanting to see my children. He claims that he tried to reach me several times in the 1st yr that he left, but that my mom intervened all times and told him they weren't his, DNA tests proved them to be someone elses', etc. This is probably true. My mom is prejudice, he's black. However, I filed child support 2 years ago, and DNA tests were performed then, proving him to be the father. So, no matter what, he's known for 16 months that he's got 2 kids over here. Do I allow him to see them? Do I take them to counseling? How do I explain this to them? I want to do what's right for the kids, no matter what. I just don't want tp traumatize them. He's married w/2 kids and 1 on the way. His wife wants him to have nothing to do with mine. What kind of situation does that put mine in on visiting day? HELP!!!

I have lived in my neighborhood for eight month and I have a neibor who at first I liked since our kids are best friends
we even wached each others kids ,
but she acts like a child I'm only three years older than her
we are in our early thirdies she use to be in the military she got ckicked out for some reason .my husband is in the military but we all leave off post she insist on saying bad things about military people and trashing them .
