If one were to create a surname for themselves from the top of their head but it did not at exist anywhere, would it be illegal? This is assuming that they would use other legal procedures to change their last name.

I shop at the Arnold MO WM, it would be a shame if they would close. Why close all the fabric departments in smaller communities, where the people have a long way to go to get their fabrics, notions, and craft items. I believe that Wal-mart has not done its homework...This department is very important in many communities, especially Arnold MO, the department is always busy. I know WM will lose customers when this dept is closed. If the reason is that it is not making money, then rethink the products that you buy, many items that have been in my craft department are items that are not selling...junky items that customers are not interested in. Fabrics are important, ones that can be used in quilting, home fashions, clothing, but not high end decorator or poor quality fabrics. I do not want to see my WM close its F&C dept. Please leave it open

I exercise sporadically (can do a few times a week for a few weeks then go days or weeks without & start the cycle again). I want to exercise almost daily (at least 5 times a week) to get my heart into shape but the excuses keep coming up.
Don't like 2 exercise in public by self (feel embarrassed) and don't know anyone 2 workout with like this, not much room in the house 2 do a lot (but I do exercise 2 fit tv at times), can't do at night when there's a free class at a local church (have other obligations can't get out of), don't have much money for gym membership (which would be the best thing for me I think, especially if it's competitive with encouragement). I live in a country-hick type city where I don't think it would be safe on the streets & there's not much going on exercise wise.
Motivated by 90s+ dance music (when I used to be really into exercise). I like dancing, gymnastics, etc. but there's no room for the kind I like. Are there free/cheap clubs out there? Suggestions?

Think of special agents from Matrix - I need some bad guys to be chasing after my protagonist. They can't be federal agents because it's too obvious. Tell me the most disgusting characters/people/professions that you can imagine. What people do you fear the most?

I have a 1987 Jeep Cherokee with over 215,000 miles on it. The oil pressure starts out at around 60psi, then decreases to around 30psi or so when the engine warms up. I've been told that this is normal with engines that have alot of miles on them, and have also been told that this should not cause any problems as long as I maintain the correct oil level in the vehicle. Is this true?
