Well, yes, it is legal throughout the U.S.. Now (and this is where it gets sticky), you are supposed to go and pay the local taxes on them once they arrive. OK, we all know that Al Capone went down on tax evasion charges and it could happen to you too. Me, hell yes! Two cartons a week sent from my friends in Moldova. If you are gonna order them on-line, look at it a lot like Lime wire. There are penalties if you get caught. Those could be severe. BUT the numbers are on your side. Guess it depends on if you are a gambler or not. That being said, you could order them on-line, go and pay the legal taxes and they would still be cheaper than at the local circle K....completely above board, no nasty cops getting involved and your conscience would be clear. Reminds me, I need to order some smokes...

You also run the risk that they may be stale. I got some from out of the country once and they were so stale I couldn't smoke them.

only if you pay your state tax on smokes. If you're not paying taxes you can get into a lot of trouble.
