JC are you and I on the same mission from the Holy Spirit? :o)
Anomaly!!!!!!!! That was one of those disheartening responses I was referring too. :o( This man is showing you why you can't say you ONLY believe the Bible...and he is right to do so...because we were taught by Jesus to do that. JC was not rude at ALL in his question, he does NOT deserve a rude response. Unless the rude response means you got the point. Amen.
weather- I see no attacking, just a man concerned for salvation of JWs. His repeated questions are no different than repeated knocks on our doors.

Ironically, for decades Jehovah's Witnesses used the term "ecclesia" which is both a biblical Greek word and an obscure English word for "congregation". Meeting places were sometimes called "tabernacles", but the term "tabernacle" literally means "tent", which confused some.
In the 1930's, meeting places began to be called "Kingdom Halls" to emphasize that their purpose concerned God's Kingdom by Christ Jesus.
Jehovah's Witnesses do not pretend and never have pretended that the name "Kingdom Hall" is based on the Scriptures any more than "school hall", "meeting hall", "work hall", "dance hall", "wedding hall", or any other name for a hall is in the bible.
Jehovah's Witnesses have no biblical objections to the more common English term "church", but prefer a term that is not identified so closely with Christendom.

Can't find fault with our beliefs so now you want to pick on what we name a building? OK, I'll play along! The greek word that the KJV translates into "church", according to Strong's dictionary of greek words, is;
εÌκκληÏιÌα
ekkleÌsia
ek-klay-see'-ah
From a compound of G1537 and a derivative of G2564; a calling out, that is, (concretely) a popular meeting, especially a religious congregation (Jewish synagogue, or Christian community of members on earth or saints in heaven or both): - assembly, church.
Since the word means "a calling out" or "a popular meeting, especially a religious congregation" then is "church" the only name you can use for the building where you worship? Just because the KJV scribes used that particular word doesn't mean everyone has to. What's the definition of "hall"? Dictionary.com says this;
hall /hÉl/ Pronunciation Key - Show Spelled Pronunciation[hawl] Pronunciation Key - Show IPA Pronunciation
–noun
1. a corridor or passageway in a building.
2. the large entrance room of a house or building; vestibule; lobby.
3. a large room or building for public gatherings; auditorium: convention hall; concert hall.
4. a large building for residence, instruction, or other purposes, at a college or university.
There's more but I think you get the idea. We call it a Kingdom Hall because it's where we are instructed about God's Kingdom, which happens to be the theme of the bible and what Jesus instructed us to pray for first and foremost (after the sanctification of God's name), "...thy KINGDOM come...". The bible doesn't teach that a building used for worship should be specifically called a "church" either. In fact, by the greek words used, even a place of Satan worship can be called a "church" by definition!
It was fun playing the "Find fault with JWs" game with you! Have a nice day!

Hey guy, can you show me the verse and scripture for the name "King James Onlyist?" Scripture and verse please.
Or could you say that it isn't in the Bible, BJ, and that will suffice.
Also, how is it that you make the claim," I was saved in 1998",
did the tribulation come and go already?
Has armaggedon already occured?
Are you already living in God's Kingdom?
If not, how is it you can make the false claim, "I am saved"?
You my friend are a crack-up, all of your questions are attacks upon the JW's. I guess you missed the scripture in Acts 5:33-" When they heard this, they felt deeply cut and were wanting to do away with them. 34 But a certain man rose in the San´he·drin, a Pharisee named Ga·ma´li·el, a Law teacher esteemed by all the people, and gave the command to put the men outside for a little while. 35 And he said to them: “Men of Israel, pay attention to yourselves as to what you intend to do respecting these men. 36 For instance, before these days Theu´das rose, saying he himself was somebody, and a number of men, about four hundred, joined his party. But he was done away with, and all those who were obeying him were dispersed and came to nothing. 37 After him Judas the Gal·i·le´an rose in the days of the registration, and he drew off people after him. And yet that man perished, and all those who were obeying him were scattered abroad. 38 And so, under the present circumstances, I say to you, Do not meddle with these men, but let them alone; (because, if this scheme or this work is from men, it will be overthrown; 39 but if it is from God, you will not be able to overthrow them;) otherwise, you may perhaps be found fighters actually against God.”
Why do I bring this up? Well, if you want to jump on the band wagon of witness bashers, here's what you are doing, you are attacking the only group on earth that carries Jesus' message diligently to the masses day in, and day out.
If you and your so- called christianity can make the leap into the preaching effort started by jesus, and currenly ONLY BEING accomplished by the JW's, I dare you to give it a try?
You are currently using the internet, instead of moving your lazy butt, going door to door like these people.They, apparently pay for their own cars and gas, to get to the places where they preach in this country, and freely offer studies. Whereas, you are espousing he worst bible trans. in modern times; the KJV.
While i am certain that you regularly visit websites posted by those who were once JW's, and now spend their time spreading lies, you in your own way have taken it upon yourself to attack these selfless people.
Well, good for you!
I can not say I will enjoy the day of Jehovah, not for my part, but on the part of all of us who are persihing.
Me and you are both on the path to destruction. The only difference? I know that when I am dead, my "soul" is not to be eternally tormented. You, on the other hand, most likely bleieve that you can go around spreading lies about others , and still be "saved". I got news for you my friend, liars will not inhererit God's Kingdom. So, for a fact, I know, that as a liar you will not be there, and as for me? I have not been doing what is right, so I won't be there. I would like to say, meet you in hell, except the KJV says there is no conciousness there.
Ecc, 9:5
Peace out!

It doesn't mention that in the Bible, nor does it mention any other church in the Bible. Each religion has their own place of worship!
