Yes he did, back in 1967. We are seeing version number 3, the second one dieing in 1984. Number 3 is still alive but they are readying number 4 just in case.

he needs to,but no he isn't dead, he has a brother to take power so they're not worried about anything. he was going to launch nuclear missiles at the U.S. but the Russian leader stopped him.at the time of the Cuban missile crisis
