Anyone have trouble taking these? I am thinking of calling the company about it. It doesnt go down easy no matter how much water I drink. It ends up giving me terrible heartburn. I try to eat bread to help but it doesnt always work.

had a severe infection in my kidneys.my doctor has kept me stable for 15yrs.ive been in perfect helth since she has been treating me and controlling my bloodpressure.never felt better.my creatine is at a stedy 2.5 to 2.7 for 15 yrs.my blood comes back fine and i check out good on all my examinations.want to no if the battery of bvloodpressure pills she gives me,and there are four different ones in combination,can cause my creatine to fluctuate.names are to large to list.just want to know if a daily regiment of so many pills can cause this fluctuation a comment will suffice.also is there a way to lower my creatine lveles via diet or safe supplement,being that my damaged kidneys seem to be filtering my blood well except for creatine.i also notice that when my bloodpressure goes high my creatine rises` .when back under control it drops a bit.can controlling bloodpressure contrbute to a better creatin reading

I never understand why so many women ask "does this mean that he likes me?". I mean even though we are moving forward, generally people expect guys to make the first move on the girl. So if he starts flirting with you, touching you, hanging around you, etc. it usually a sign that he is trying to "make the first move." If didn't know that then now you do. It's easy. Why do so many women still not get that? I'm sure that there are some things that some women could bring up that seem like they would be obvious for men to pick up on to but this example is so clear that it has got no parallels.

Over the past 6 months, I am up to 5K 4 times a week and lifting weights 2 days a week. I have so much energy to do more but my muscles are constantly sore dispite adaquate sleep, streching, and diet. How do I get around this hurdle?

My friends brother is 20 and he is graduating college. He has never had a girlfriend before but he is the very smart kind that is always getting good grades. In my Theatre class, there's a TA [teacher's assistant] for this mentally challenged boy, and on Friday while some people were up on stage doing improv. [one being the boy he had to assist and never really does] he calls out, "OK this is old. No one's laughing, can we get some new people up there?" And he's not even in the class!!!!! I don't see him getting on stage. EVER! Is this right? The other TA who takes attendance for the class actually gets on stage, but he doesn't shout rude comments to the actors, so I have no problem with him.
