Depression has a high cure rate for people who get both medical support and they have someone help them get at the issues that made them sad in the first place.

You need medication, in other words and a better more functional life, possibly and to get your past out of your way. Most people need a lot of help with that.

If you are suffering from depression then you need to talk to someone you know and trust that won't spread the word around. I am a depression survivor b/c I have attempted suicide in the past since my parents thought it would go away or cure itself. After that night I popped Opium pills with whiskey they finally listened

Talk to a counselor/minister/rabbi, doctor about this, and if you begin to feel suicidal call a suicide crisis hotline. Believe me, when Ifell into depression I got so low into it that I lost it as I said above.

Please, just get help.

Most likely the depresion. My therapist told me one of the major signs of depression is the constant crying over very little things or for no reason that one can tell. Before I started my medication, I would cry almost every day, sometimes several times a day for no reason it seemed like.

So it may not be anything in particular, just your depresion. It does suck though, that this happens. It makes going through everyday things more difficult, if you cry for no reason. I hope things get better for you soon, and you stop crying every day!

If you are suffering from depression you need to be on antidepressants. go see your doc if you are not currently on them. sometimes theres no reason why you are sad, just a chemical imbalance in the brain that needs to be corrected. also look into alternatives like st Johns wort or 5 HTP both available at the health food shop. but dont suffer unecessarily, there is lots of help out there, go ask!

you say that you have depression. have you been diagnosed or you just think you have it. . you need to get into therapy and or discuss taking meds and get a pyschiatric evaluation done to make sure that it's just depression which is curable and not bi-polar or schizophrenia which is manageable w/meds. so you need to find out what's really going on chemically in your brain first, but the first step is asking someone you trustfor help. make sure you fet up and get dressed each day and get some sunlight. i hope you feel better. take care.
