you might not think you are "that pretty" but i'm sure you would find no shortage of boys that would think you are beautiful. every guy has different taste. as far as the bags under the eyes, try preperation h. hemmoroid cream. it sounds dumb, but it really works. just make sure it don't get in your eyes or it'll hurt like h*ll and you will probably need medical attention.

Is this a genetic trait? In other words, are undereye bags a trait that runs in your family? If not, look for other causes. It could be due to a medical condition or simply due to stresses such as staying up late, not getting enough sleep, or not drinking enough water, which can actually cause you to retain water, hence the undereye bags! Until you find out the cause of your undereye bags, which hopefully leads to the diminishment of them, don't focus so much on one negative feature. Do you have pretty lips? Then play them up with color! Pretty hair? Beautiful skin? Everyone has a best feature they can "showcase", taking the emphasis off the one or two "flaws" they might have.

Get more sleep, drink plenty of water and get at least 45 minutes of exercise every day. Just remember, God doesn't make junk, you are pretty just the way you are.

have a plenty of rest, take some vitamins such as vitamin c and e.And mantain proper personal hygiene.Don't think of problems cause it makes you old.Skincare
The first step is making sure that your skincare regime is right for you. When skin isn't properly cleansed and hydrated, it really shows.
A lot of factors come into play into how skin looks and feels, from genetics and diet to the weather and stress. This means you may need to change your skincare regime on a daily basis, so don't just reach blindly for the same products.
There should be four basic products you use every day - a cleanser (use an oil or cream cleanser when skin feels dry, and a water-based gel when it feels oily), a sunscreen (SPF 15 to 25 every day, SPF 30 to 50 if you're going to be in the sun a lot), an eye cream (lightweight in the morning and a heavier, waxier one at night) and, most importantly, a moisturiser.
Moisturising is the single most important step you can take to make skin look fresher. Without a moisturiser, skin can look dull, tired and old. If you don't want to use sunscreen and a moisturiser, opt for a day cream that contains an SPF.
Your night cream should be a richer cream than your everyday moisturiser. And, just because your skin is oily, it does not mean you don't need to moisturise - just look for an oil-free formula that helps control over-active oil production.
Flawless skin
Some people are born with it, but most of us have to work at it. It's actually easier than you might think and the secret lies in using the right concealer, foundation and powder.
Under-eye concealer is the one product that can totally transform a woman's appearance. It makes you look rested, even if you're not, and brightens the whole face.
Look for a yellow tone that is one or two shades lighter than your foundation and apply generously along the lash line and into the corner of your eye using a small-headed brush with firm bristles.
In my experience, yellow-toned foundations look the most natural on all skin tones. To check you're using the right colour, apply stripes of several shades to the side of your face and look in the mirror in natural light. The one you can't see is the right one for you.
Don't necessarily smear foundation all over. Instead, use your fingers or a sponge to apply to areas where skin needs to be evened out, such as round the nose or mouth where there can be redness.
Give your foundation staying power and take away shine by finishing with a dusting of powder. Colour-correcting and so-called 'translucent' powders can actually make skin look pasty or ashy, so go for something yellow toned, and apply with a velour puff before dusting off any excess with a brush.
Colour
I am obsessed with blush because I think it makes everyone look prettier.
Every woman should have two blushers - one natural shade that gives the colour you get when you're naturally flushed, and a second 'pop' of colour that is brighter and clearer.
Powder blush is easiest to use because it blends well, works on most skin types and mistakes can be corrected easily.
When it comes to lips, your most flattering shade will be one or two tones darker than your natural colour. Make sure lips are exfoliated and moisturised first and, when applying a darker colour, use a brush for precision.
To avoid feathering, apply lip liner after lipstick and blend harsh edges with a lip brush.
Well-groomed eyebrows frame your face and give it a more polished look, so pluck any stray hairs in between and at the outside corners. To enhance the natural arch, pluck just below it, and, remember, the inner corner of your brow should line up with the inner corner of your eye.
If your brows are sparse, use a soft brow pencil to draw in short, hair-like lines, then soften these lines by layering a powder shadow on top, using a stiff-bristled eyebrow brush.
For foolproof eyes, choose three eye shadows: light, medium and dark. Sweep the lighter shade across the whole lid and then apply the medium shade to the lower part of the lid. For added definition, apply the darker shade to the outer corner of the eye, then finish by lining the eyes.
I like to do this using a dark powder shadow applied with a thin, flat brush. But make sure you lightly blow or tap the brush first to avoid specks falling under the eyes. You can line either just the upper lash line or upper and lower but, if you choose to line all around, make sure the lines meet at the outer corner of the eye.
To define lashes, curl them before applying mascara, holding the lash curlers at the base of the lashes for a few seconds. Then apply mascara to the lashes from underneath, so not to weigh them down.
Hair
The cut and colour of your hair can make a tremendous difference when it comes to lifting your look.
Less is definitely more when it comes to hair and, for a style that's modern but not too trendy, think about a layered bob.
If you prefer your hair longer, go for a shoulder-length cut with long layers that are textured softly at the ends.
For a low-maintenance short style, try a Mia Farrow-esque textured pixie cut. Whatever you choose, make sure your hairstyle is a reflection of you.
If you're worried about thinning hair, go for a layered short or medium-length style and consider thickening shampoos, conditioners and mousses. To boost volume, use rollers, or apply thickening mousse to the roots and blow-dry hair in the opposite direction to the way it grows.
When it comes to colour, start by determining your tone. If you have blue, green or hazel eyes and fair to light skin, you are a cool tone and would suit an ash or beige base colour and ash or beige highlights.
If you have dark brown eyes and a medium to dark skin tone, a medium to dark base with honey or gold highlights will look best.
Done properly, highlights can have the same lifting effect on your face as make-up or a good night's sleep. Rather than going for all over highlights that can look artificial, opt for a few strategically placed ones from the same colour family. Warm highlights underneath and towards the back of the head, lighter ones on top and the lightest at the front mimics the way your hair changes colour in the sun.
