You may want to increase your protein, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin E levels as these are shown to shorten recovery in training athletes.

That is not an excessive amount of activity for a healthy adult, but if your body is not quite in full shape and your constantly sore, take more full days off. Say 2 a week on days seperated by 2 or 3 days on.

Also, you can increase your antioxidant levels to help clear free radicals from your system.

I admire your peristence to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Muscles grow through exertion and rest. You may want to
allow your muscles another interval of rest. Perhaps, two days devoted to intense activity, then one day rest. Following
with three days of exercise, which is then proceeded by another day rest.

On those two days you don't have to stare into space. You can walk, or play a sport. Go at an easy pace. This may allow
your muscles to loosen up, as well as wear and tear so your
muscles can grow and develop. Try doing Ti Chi or Yoga to bring balance and harmonous strength through out your
body. Some weeks forgo the weights and do fitness cables.
I recommended LifelineUsa exercise fitness cables. These fitness cables have up to three hundred pounds of resistence.
Check out their website at www.lifeline-usa.com. Target has
a resistence fitness cable for $15.99. Thirty minutes working
with that you will feel like you did two hours in the gym.

On occasion doing pilates. Okay you can grimace at the thought of that. But forty five minutes of that will bring a density
and symmetry to your overall shape. Gradually, You will
find what works best for you. Your determination and intensity
will take you far, also get input from your peers and read.
I admire your determination, and you have inspired me in continuing my quest to regain my health. Good luck in your
aspirations.

testostrone is what rehabilitates you, NO DONT INJECT IT!

But maybe you should do the 5k run about 3 times a week. and workout 3,

2 doesnt seem liek enough to hit every muscle, unless you work a lot of em in one trial,

DOnt do it liek that because other muscles help lift your arms to and further fatigues them go for 2 muscle groups a day and 3 if you need. I run 2 miels a day and work out 5 days a week. and feel great with out to much soreness and i constantlly am getting stronger.

agreed, usually elevated excercise teamed with constantly sore muscles means you're not giving the muscles time to recover or rest from the paces you put them through. try setting up your excercise schedule to concentrate on different areas on different days, leaving at least 1 day in between using the same muscle groups.

Having so much energy and how much your muscles can cop. is a totally different issue. Cut down some of it and then increase it slowly when your muscles are feeling more comfortable. You maybe overdoing it.

Keep workin it and get all the protien in your diet that you can. Protien begs to be burned, rather than stored as as fat. I think your on the right track. So keep workin it off and good luck to you.
