I never understand why so many women ask "does this mean that he likes me?". I mean even though we are moving forward, generally people expect guys to make the first move on the girl. So if he starts flirting with you, touching you, hanging around you, etc. it usually a sign that he is trying to "make the first move." If didn't know that then now you do. It's easy. Why do so many women still not get that? I'm sure that there are some things that some women could bring up that seem like they would be obvious for men to pick up on to but this example is so clear that it has got no parallels.

Most of the ladies who ask that are just learning how to talk to boys and "date" and all that stuff... yeah, it's obvious, but they just want assurance... they're really young, they need it.

On the other hand, just read the gazillions of questions just like it that have already been answered.

Its hard to understand women, cause they have mood swing, if u make the first move like touching flirting, they will think that u are trying to take advantage of her. Try softer approach like starting a conversation u both share. Making the first move don't mean u will get the girl, there are lots of way to get a girl attention, join in blend in agree to her ever words even she is wrong, she will notice u in no time. U shows her that u are paying attention as she talk.
