my husband has been out since January on FMLA leave, he has been approved for intermintant leave and he takes his leave when he has to adjust to a new medication level, he is bipolar. Anyways the first day that he took FMLA and knew that he was approved his supervisior said no he needed to come in anyways because they didnt physically have the paperwork although they had been contacted by HR. He took off anyways and HR reemed the supervisior for attempting to deny his FMLA. When he went back to work they gave him a repremand, and since then have attepmted to write him up when he complains, and have initiated 3 different investigations against him which never state what he actually did wrong. The most recent letter of investigation was given to him because he requested an investigation be done on another employee who came into the office he was working at screaming and threatening him. This girl is the bosses pet, what do we do if he files a complaint he will be written up again.

my hair looks very similar to my cartoon avatar but the difference is due to hair coloring and using flat irons and other hair products over the years, i have hair breakage and drying so i wanted to give my hair a rest and start wearing wigs and/or weaves i see a lot of nice looking wigs and so i'm just curious if it's possible with my big *** head lol and my loads of hair so advice please!

Hey. How are you? Ever since we stopped talking, I had been going over everything in my head, trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. You know, I still remember what you said to me the last time we talked, the things you were mad at me about. I remember the first thing you said was that I harassed you. It's kind of funny really, that was the last thing I ever wanted to do to you but I guess I did anyway. If you said that because I called you every weeknight, it as only because when we were at school we'd only talk for two minutes. I never really got to talk to you when it'd be just me and you. Even when I called, someone else would always called. And then, I had a sort of "calling plan" you see, I would call you at 9 and if you didn't answer, I'd wait 1 hour and try again, and if you didn't answer I'd just talk to you the next day because I didn't want to bother you. I was always afraid that I was doing something wrong to make you not like me.

I am 11 weeks and had my first pelvic exam while pregnant a few days ago and one of the tests I am not sure about. I took a couple of medical classes in school and know the basics of a pelvic exam but not this. It felt like the doctor "clipped" a bit of tissue from my cervix (maybe elsewhere) and I'm not sure what for. Didn't really think about it till now when I can't find any info on it. Anyone know what that was and what it's for? He also said I would probably spot but haven't. I figure that for a good thing but figured I'd throw it in. Thanks to anyone who can help, It is greatly appreciated.

My daughter was at skate class today and was practicing during all-skate when this other little girl skated by her and said "you suck at skating". Both girls are about 7/8 years old. My daughter just started skating about 6 weeks ago... she's just beginning, but she honestly doesn't "suck"... she was actually one of two in her class promoted to intermediates already. The other girl has been skating a little longer, but they are very similar in abilities. I know that I really shouldn't let these little things bother me, but it was just mean. I told my daughter to just ingnore her (they've never even talked before) and that people who aren't happy with themselves act that way toward others. I didn't think that it was worth talking to her mother about... I often see her talking about others, so it's not surprising that her daughter is similar.

Anyway, any suggestions for next week?

I just popped my first-ever quiche into the oven at 350 degrees. But I've never made one; how will I be able to tell when it's ready?

The recipe calls for 30 minutes, and the time passed, but it still doesn't look cooked to me.
