Ive never had a problem selling but ive got a really abrupt buyer. I sold an item and put postage as £4, when i posted item it came to £1.70, buyer is now asking for her £2 back as postage was high. Is it right to refund money or is it there fault they bid and knew price was that much. Isnt that how sellers make there money.

They were saying that they interact with Jesus on a daily basis.

Now, I understand how reading about a person, especially a person's poetry and teachings, can make you feel that you know that person intimately.

But how can they believe that Jesus is alive and communicating with them? Isn't that a psychological neurosis?

If someone told me that Walt Whitman was alive ad that he still speaks today through prayer energy, and that this was a religion, I can see how people (being the way they are) might believe it! Especially if Walt Whitman's story was compelling and what he spoke was "great" in my estimation.

But don't these people who claim to "know" Jesus understand this? Can't they imagine that it's a simple delusion, nursed by fundamental insecurities of meaning and perpetuation?

i just broke up with my 5-yr bf and after a few weeks i met this guy. he is really the kind of tall, dark and handsome guy as all my friends say. He is Indian by the way. He's even younger by 6 years. He really helped me get through the break up coz whenever we talked over the phone, he just makes me laugh. And honestly, he is a total flirt! When we met the last time he wanted to kiss me and hold my hands. He admitted he wants to do it with me. But i am afraid. And i feel that if we do it, the friendship will be over. I can feel that he only wants sex with me. But i want him as a friend especially now that i am trying to move on with my life. Some of my friends say i do it with him for me to totally forget my ex-bf. But is it the right thing to do? Honestly, my body wants it, but it's something i have never done without love. The temptation is just so strong.

Not really smart in the field of automobiles but I was just curious if a loose ground could drain a battery slowly until the car actually just dies on the road.

I had noticed my blinkers blinking quite slowly the last couple weeks and yesterday my car battery seemed to just die on the road. Chugged, stalled and quit. I noticed a buzz over the radio when I used the brakes and eventually the radio and everything on the dash went dead as well. The spedometer also went crazy, going up to 120 miles the second I sped up.

Towed it into a shop and they called me today and said the battery checked out fine, as well as the alternator when the battery was unhooked. The only thing they mentioned was that I had a loose ground and didn't say much more about it. Guess I'm looking for a deeper explanation. Also a little nervous about hitting the road and getting stranded again.
