Unfortunately, yes. If you know their email address, you can go to http://www.hotmail.com and click 'Forgot your password'? It will then ask you to type in the email address and and answer a few questions. But don't do this - it's illegal I believe.

Thats not nice....if it was your password someone wants to find how would you feel....
anyway..NO..its not possible..
Only way around this is to fake an email address like..passwdprotect@hotmail and send a mail to the person saying theres been an password hack attempt on he/her inbox
so he/she should change the password to bla bal bla, but hotmail is attempting to solve that problem. if he/she does then you use the password you gave em.

maximum passwords that are "hacked" are no longer likely hacked. they're merely guessed by ability of somebody that the guy is conscious. All too many people (incredibly infants) use susceptible passwords like the call of their cat or canines or the call of their boyfriend. something this is actual guessed by ability of "pals" a good password must be a minimum of 10 RANDOM characters in length and contain the two top and decrease case letters besides as some punctuation marks.

The absolutely free reverse email lookup sites generally provide false information, they just want your email to send you spam. To get real information, money will have to be paid.
Also, stay away from shady reverse email lookup sites, most likely you won't get any information after you make the payment. Not to mention you won't get a report and you won't get an answer if you try to call for a refund. Stick with a reputable reverse phone lookup site like http://www.emailtracer.org that has been around since 1997.
