Hmmmm....we are at the supermarket...so primarily we have food options...I say any contradictory foods...
Protein bars and bagels
Sugar free creamer and a bag of sugar
or...we can get funny...
Refried beans and Toilet paper
Laxative and Preperation H
Condoms and Monistat 7
Kotex and Hot Sauce
Jalapenos and Pepto Bismol

How about:
Cans of cat food and some spoons
Jugs of prune juice and a bag of cat litter (you'd take this through the express checkout, and tell the cashier, 'Please hurry!')
