i keep asking myself what if ..somewhere in the future ..i am in some moment where i'll have to try my limits,.How can i jump from a high building and catch a rope let done from a helicopter when i'm afraid of high?but i know i have to do it...i know 'cause if not...i'll lose my life.How do i know that i'm capable in this kind of situation...that i'll be capable?Strange is that this is part of what i want to do.A sec.Your life depends of that sec .If u lose it u can't take it back..never.How can people pierce trough their own limits and prepare themself for what life reserves for them?

The theory that the earth is hollow and there is another whole society of people who live there, fascinates me. Some people believe this. Why haven't they been able to prove or disapprove this theory? They believe that the opening is at the North Pole and they travel in and out in flying saucers. Also, that the northern lights (aurora borealis) is caused from the lights coming from inside the hollow earth. I'm not saying that I believe any of this. I'm just curious what others think of the theory.

Alex Ferguson calls David Beckham into his office.

'David,'he says, 'I'm worried about your performance the last few games. You've been hopeless, completely off form.'

'Sorry, boss', says David. 'I've not been myself lately. I've got a few problems at home.'

'Oh dear,' says Ferguson, pretending to care. 'What's up? Posh and Brooklyn okay?'

'Oh they're fine', says David. 'It's just that something's really bugging me and I'm losing sleep and everything. I can't concentrate on my football and it's really messing me up.'

'Whatever's the matter, David?' says Fergie.

'Well, boss', says David, it's pretty serious. You see I'm really stuck on this jigsaw and...'

'A jigsaw?!!!' shouts Alex. 'You're f......g up every time you play because of a bloody jigsaw?!!!'

'Yeah, boss, but you don't understand, it's really doing myhead in!' says David in that horrible whining voice. 'It's really hard and it's this picture of a tiger and it looks really good on the box and I'm sure I've got all the bits and everything but I just can't get it right and it's doing my head in and I even had my hair cut to try and cool my brain down and...'

'David, David, David,' says Ferguson. 'You've got to get a grip. It's affecting our games and nothing is as important as Manchester Uniteds' success, other than Roy Keane's wages, obviously.'

'Yeah, boss,' says David, 'but it's this picture of a tiger and it looks really good on the box and I really want to finish it but it's really hard and it's doing my head in and it's this picture..and it's a tiger and it's hard...and I can't make the bits fit and, er, it's really hard, er, boss and, er, it's a tiger, er,... on the box...er...boss.'

Ferguson waits until even Beckham realises he's repeating himself and has got nothing else to say which took a bit longer than usual. 'David,' he says, with that conceited, irritating, smug smile he uses for self-congratulatory post-match interviews. 'Bring the tiger jigsaw in and let's have a look at it. For Christ's sake, we've got to get you back to playing football.'

'Oh thanks, boss,' says David, 'that'd be really helpful 'cos it's really hard and it's a picture of a tiger and it's doing my head in, that tiger is.'

So David brings the jigsaw into Ferguson's office.

'Here it is, boss.' He says, showing Ferguson the picture on the box. 'Look, boss, it's this tiger, right, and it's a really good picture and everything but I just can't do it and it's really hard and it's doing my head in and it's this picture here of a tiger,' and Beckham empties all the pieces from the box all over Ferguson's desk.

'David,' sighs Ferguson, 'put the f*...g Frosties back in the box.'

I went to camp a few summers ago and there was a girl in my cabin who pulled out a strand of hair from one of the counselors and started predicting the counselors future based on her hair strand. the girl held the strand in the air pointing at the sun, and started telling her things like how many kids she was gonna have and the order of births (boy, girl, girl) stuff like that. has anyone else seen/heard about this. I tried to ask her how shed did it but she wouldn't tell me. if you know how to do it, can you tell me please? thanks.

well, i've been talkn 2 the gy i realy totaly LOVE! but... iv'e been talkn 2 him through email and yahoo messangers. but u c i made this email account that's not my name. so he doesnt kno he's talkn 2 ME. we barely talk 2 each otha in real life (i only c him once a week) but online, we're always talk'n... i realy want to tell him it's me, but that would be totaly embarassing 4 me... i thnk he lyks me tho, he looks at my direction alot. but hey, tht's wht evryone thnks when they lyk someone right? i kinda wish ineva talkd 2 him online w/my fake ID... wht should i do, i realy hav 2 do smthn!

okay me and this girl has been friends since freshman year and im a sophmore now and we'd grown to be really good friends.So after a while she became friends with a girl who i happen to hate (my boyfriends ex girlfriend) so before they even got as close as they are now, she told me over and over "its not like im going to let her talk about u" so i was like ok then u can be her friend because i believed her.So for the past couple of weeks they've gotten really close and she even put that ***** before me on her top on Myspace.I know that your thinking that its just Myspace but I take peoples tops very seriously.Anyways, then she startes to act funny and not talk to me everytime i saw her with that girl.It even got to the point where she didnt say nothing to me when she was alone.So I was like so upset with her that i would tell everyone that she was a backstabber and how she hurt my feelings and how she betrayed me....so now we dont even talk like that...WHAT SHOULD I DO GUYS????????????

I have noticed jocks handling their assets and flaunting size as a medal of honor in the locker room. Many take pride in swinging the item like a pendulum when walking au naturel. Some yield it like a club, While some swing it like a baseball bat at the slightest pretext. Not that I lack size, but to examine the consequences of a new entrant that was off the charts I shoved the biggest Chiquita I could find at the next door grocery chain until I took my trousers off in the locker room to the awe and dismay of many. They had no idea what to make of the abnormal standard deviation shooting past the mean, median and mode. So a sweaty jock came up to me and said "are you for reals", to which I replied,
"totally". That held the peace for a while, until a bigger jock showed up and said "wanna play" which apparently meant taking it out and comparing. Sensing trouble and looking for a way out I said " No thanks, I'm straight " and I jumped into the pool. What to do next time with no banana?

My son is 18 months old and although we've always done the "No, don't touch" and remove him from the situation thing, I am wondering when we should start using the "naughty chair" approach. When he's tottally out of controll (not very often) I have put him in his room and shut the door, but he can open his door, so it's not long before he comes out.

I recently missed 2 class periods in my computer programming course and now I am far behind and I need someones help, don't worry the following programs are examples and are not for a grade in any way or form - need to know how to do these so I can get my hw done.

1) Write a switch statement that, for two given integers A and B, and a give character operation, computes and displays A + B, A - B, A * B, or A / B according to whether operations is +, -, *, /, and display displays and illegal-operator message if it is not one of these.

2) I will post example 2 on a more later date

Anyway there you have it and I would appreciate any remarks, hints, and advice you have on this matter. Just so its clear this program is just an example and doesn't count for a grade, just needs to be made known to me so I know how to do my hw programs and tests.

Need help starting my 2002 Chevrolet 2500?
Duramax Diesel 2002 Chevrolet 2500

Started the truck this morning, ran for two minutes then died. Has power, turns over and is not giving me any computer codes. No dead fuses either.

A red wire ontop the fuel filter had come undone so I plugged back in. Still won't run.

A few people suggested the fuel pump, how do I check to see if this is bad?
