Depends. If she's a girl, you can never tell... PMS hits hard, dude! But at least once every month... That's for sure!
If its a guy....well... i dont know.... Maybe once in 3-4 months?

Women have more than men in my opinion and I a women and I have a ton Not all Are GOOD lol....
