We have been using a booklet that identifies behavioral tendencies. Throughout the paper that we are required to write, I referenced the booklet for the descriptions of the styles. For example on the 1st page I identified the tendencies of the one pattern and the third page the descriptive tendencies of the a differnt pattern. I sited the page and source at these points. In a follow-on paragraph, I wrote, I can see how some of the things from one pattern were comparable to another. I wrote a paragraph about being able to see similarities between the two styles. In the paragraph, I used the same words for the styles that I referenced in earlier paragraphs. which were parts of the descriptions from the book. Did I need to use quotes or reference the pages again that were cited earlier for this paragraph regarding similarities or is it sufficient that it was identified earlier?

There are two parts to this question in regard to the same thing.

1) Do the Ottawa Senators of today recognize the team statistics and records of the older Senators teams?

2) Did the ORIGINAL Senators team (which ceased operations after the 1930-31 season) recognize the statistics and records amassed thus far when they resumed operations for the 1932-33 season?

I know they moved to St. Louis in 1934, but are the stats and records assumed by the current NHL team?

A cart m1=400g rolls along a track with very low friction. It is attached by a string over a pulley to an object M2=40g that is hanging vertically. Both are at rest when m2 is released.

a) what are all the forces acting on the cart. What are all the forces acting on the hanging mass?

b) Write a Newton's second law equation for the horizontal forces on the cart (no numbers)

c) Write a Newton's second law equation for the vertical forces on the hanging mass. (no numbers)

d) Use the equation you found in parts b and c to dermine the acceleration of each cart and the tension force in the string.
