It works only if you go to the meetings otherwise you always fall into the same hole and yoyo dieting, because your body is still craving and or lacking something, but I lost 60 pounds over a year and a half ago with Bee Pollen from beeroyalproducts.com it has a natural appetite suppressant that curbs those cravings and it is high in proteins and vitamins so the weight melts off I swear by it as being the most effective and easy

I am 20 years old. I am 5' 4" and weigh 142 lbs. I want to lose 20 lbs. I started Weight Watchers about a month ago and I have lost 6 pounds. It really does work. I can't say on average how much weight someone will lose because it depends on how much you weigh right now. My mom weighed 230 lbs. and she did Weight Watchers and lost 45 lbs. The reason why I haven't lost as much as fast as my mom is because she weighed a lot more then me and plus I have been consuming a lot of alcohol lately and that always seems to bloat me up.

You can join Weight Watchers online. I swear by it. I used to weigh 40 lbs more than I do now. WW will teach you how to eat--don't rely on their Smart Ones, and anyway, that's not the point of the Program.

i went to ww about 6 years ago and lost 50 lbs. you could just buy their food, but the meetings are good for strategies to keep from eating, products that people have found that are fewer points.. it's alot of hard work, but it's worth it.. Good Luck!
