is it the tricep?? well whatever its called its the part of your arm (humerus) that when you hold up ur arm is on the bottom? what are good ways to tone the arm... especially this part????

I do push ups everyday (25) and that alone has toned my triceps, I also like to try some bench dips (20). Check the links I provided for a more detail instruction. But the weights advice is also a good workout

Yes this is the tricep. You can take a small weight, maybe 5 lbs, hold your arm straight up, and move the weight behind your head and then straighten it out again, and repeat about 10 times, do 3 sets of those.

If you belong to a gym, which I'm assuming you don't, there are many tricep machines to use.

Over head rope cable extensions. these are the best over all triceps exercise. For a real burn try supersetting them with dips.

Hold something about 5 poundsand straitin oyur arm back,It really works and you can feel it work.

hold weight (barbell) over shoulder with arm bent....straighten arm.....repeat
