How do you install new ones? And where do you get them from?

Don't tell me: self medicating is not a good idea. But feeling like a zombie and tired all the time is also not great. And I blame prozac for that part. I know all the symptoms (social phobia) are going to come back just like they have before...and then I start again... and then I stop again...etc.
I feel like my psychiatrist has given up on me anyway in terms of being tired all the time- with other areas she is a great help. I guess if 4 differenet SSRI's wont work then none will.
In three days I am going to see my general GP. What should I ask him/her and what should I expect?

my boyfriend and i have dated for nearly 9 months.. he's a real genuwine guy. Ive always thought he was the one but my mom would never allow me to date, especially this guy.

a yr before we dated, he was so drunk off his face,a girl that had been chasing him went into the bathroom where he was, locked the door and ...stuff happened. (doesnt know i know)

Nowadays, she calls him most days, parties a lot with him and even spends all the "nye, aus day, etc etc" with him.

wen it was jus them two in the car and my bf turned on a sad love song.. she started to cry saying how lonely she was.

i think i have trust issues.. my boy is really someone u wud trust, yet is someone who clubs, parties, drinks alot.. what should i do? give him more time? end it? PLEASE HELP! im so upset

I have asthma and been to the doc 2 times. Been on 2 antibotics and 2 different steroids. I have had a blood test and my white blood cells are normal and a chest x ray and it said I had bronitis. I can breath as long as I'm on steriods but once that is gone I have trouble breathing. I can't afford to keep going to the doctor and the medicine I'm just lost as to what my next step should be. I have also taken 1 bottle of Robtussin 1 bottle of Tyneol cold and 1 bottle of Musnex to loosen up the phlum and nothing has worked with this in almost 2 months.

The Dr. asked her to start supplementing with a milk based formula to help with his weight gain. Yesterday he broke out in hives which haved since resolved since stopping the formula. She is afraid to give him a soya based formula since the father is allergic to soy. Any suggestions as to what she can supplement with? Right now he is back on breast milk only and no hives but he seems to be hungry. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

We moved into our home just over a year ago. This is a new home and was built one year prior to our purchasing it. The right side of the house holds two bedrooms and a hallway. The hallway has a severe dip in the floor that leads to one bedroom. The bedroom also has a severe lump in the floor. These items have been on the repair list since before we went to close on the house. We were originally told that there was a problem with the A-frame, a problem that could and would be repaired. This has not happened. The repair contractors have come out several times and attempted to repair the problem by shaving down the wood under the carpet and nailing the wood down so that the lump would no longer be noticable. However, none of these measures have proven effective. The defects remain and are still on the punchlist to be repaired. If the defects cannot be fixed, what is our legal recourse?

So there's this guy and I liked him forever so when he asked me out it was one of the happiest days ever. Of course all good things must have an end. He lied to me and was a pretty big jerk and then he dumped me.
