Nuva ring has helped me but if you prefer a more natural remedy get yourself some lavender oil. This is aroma therapy so just put some on a hanky like the old ladies and sniff away. I keep mine in a lil foo foo bottle i picked up some where. I have cysts on my ovary--I only have one left--so I have very difficult cramps. I have done all kinds of perscriptions but I find the lavender gives me the most releif. I even rub it on my tummy at night. It helps releve the tension and irritability too. That is the only thing I used when I had my first child. There is lots of information on this so please check it out you'll be pleasantly surprised!

If you see a doctor for that, they can prescribe medication.
