My employer is insisting that I see a private doctor of his choosing.
I have genuine reasons for being off work: severe psychological issues brought on by sexual abuse when I was younger have been aggravated further by bullying at work because of noticeable scars on my arms.
Both my doctor and counsellor say I am unfit to work, especially at a place doing me more harm than good. I have been absent for two months now.

I am recognised as having a mental disability and have been placed on a strict diet of medication and therapy, but how to explain this to an unapproachable and unsympathetic boss who thinks I am faking because the reason for absence on my sick-note is “depression”?

I don’t understand the reasoning for this second opinion (third, if counsellor included), but mostly, don’t wish to delve into my past again just to satisfy a curiosity as to why I am off work.

What rights do I have? Surely my doctor’s opinion shouldn’t be questioned like this.

Today is my birthday. I decided that I want to do something different today, something I've never done before during the day time (I already have a birthday party plan for the night). It doesn't matter want my interests are, the idea is to do something I've never done before,so anything goes. Last year I had more money to spend so I went skiing. This year I DO NOT HAVE MUCH MONEY. Would the Supreme Court declare God unconstitutional if He tried to stick me in a lake of fire for my religous beliefs? I have freedom of religion you know.

It seems fashionable to have a go at McDonalds at the moment. Its common knowledge that their food is bad for you, they are not hiding anything, infact they even sell some food that is good for you now.

Its a free country, we can do what we want and we can eat where we like. Despite having this choice, the media constantly wants to have a go at (specifically) McDonald's for ruining the nations health.

Is the media in alignment with general society with this blame?
