Do you mean universes? Sorry, but your theory is malarkey.

Parallel universes, proposed by some string theorists, can be likened to slices of bread in an infinite loaf of a meta universe. Some cosmologists have proposed that our known universe resulted from a big bang that was produced when two of these parallel universes collided; thereby, providing the massive amount of energy needed to create what we live in today. [See source.]

According to current string theory, which is continually upgrading, gravity is so weak in our universe because part of each graviton (also predicted by string theory) lies outside our universe. Whether "outside" means in one or more of the other, parallel universes is a SWAG, which is worse than the WAG we call string theory.

In any case, if we were able to modulate gravity waves made up of gravitons (none of which we can do), we could send signals to wherever those gravitons are on the "outside." If we can do it some day, there is no reason why the outsiders in those other universes can't do it, too. Who knows, maybe that's what we are seeing, hearing, feeling, or whatever from the other side.

Worth writing a sci fi story based on this premise.

Or, it could be that you are imagining things. Or you're not aware of the source of the noise, which could be anything. Don't jump to any conclusions about parallel universes. Just try to live in this one first.
