No , testes and flowers have no connection. Still following are the possibilities.

1) you must have seen dissection of a male frog, in which case , the flower like yellow fat bodies are closely attached to the equally yellow testes. ( In breeding season this is common)

2) You might have seen a dressed / skinned male goat or some other mammal that would show network of blood vessels all over the surface of large testes, this network has, remotely , flower like appearance.

Yeah well sperm form in both testes and flowers, so you're right.

testes, like the anthers, are where meiosis forms male haploid cells (microspores in flowers; sperm in mammals)
