It was said that they will face felony charges and be locked up for quite a while.
Also they are accused of robbery as well in another case.

That's a tough one. While I'm not against adults smoking pot, kids shouldn't smoke pot. And baby's shouldn't be forced to smoke pot. I just watched the video and it disgusted me and my husband. It was quite obvious that these children were used to it the way they passed the blunt back and forth.
So, what should happen to them? To these imbeciles who think it's funny to get a baby high? Severe jail time, required to do volunteer work with addicts, community service, fines up the wazoo and forced infertalization so they can never have kids of their own.

The child should be placed w someone else. They will be charged w child endagerment I am sure - but honestly thats often a chump charge so hopefully they have something else on them - I havent heard about this story so I dont really have anything else to say.

They should be punished to the full extent of the law. I am not familiar with the story, but someone like that is the lowest of the low. What good, or what would they expect to get from that. I hope they rot in hell.

they should just go to jail. that will solve everything, besides making a 2 year olds smoke pot wont ruin their lives.
