i want to quit eating so much sugar, i love it i have a huge sweet tooth for anything- choclate and doughnuts are my weakness. I crave it more i think to stop thinking, hersheys was right, choclate is happiness, but i have gained 30 pounds since september, help

my girlfriends parent's threatened to take my car because of some money she owes them. they said since she moving out and not paying them what they owe her they are going to take the car they co-signed on because she not paying them. the problem is i have my car payed off until June. can they take it my car even though i have payed it up in advance? and can they say they are not giving there daughter her clothes and stuff back cus its in the house and she not there? can they keep it and not give it back? she 18 so legally they cant do that becuase she owns it all, right?

Ok im 15 so this morning i was trying to put on a shirt and i wasnt wearing a bra so what my shrit touched the area around the areola and nipple it hurt but i didnt pay attention to it then when i was taking a shower i looked at my breast and i saw tiny bumps at my nipple! i dont know what the hell they are on my left breast its like 4 tiny bumps and when i was taking a shower both of my nipples were red not its normal color and it seemed that the nipple flattened or something i am being serious about this what do i do go to my doctor? i dont want to tell my mom whats going on its embarrasing! please someone help me whats wrong with my breast! i dont know if thats normal? iam i just developing cuz when i looked at it i thought it was breast cancer

I know that q = Delta T X mass X specific heat (4.18)

Negative Delta T means that the reaction is endothermic because the final heat is less than the initial heat. For a Cool reaction, which is endothermic, the Initial Temperature was 25.5 degrees Celsius and the Final Temperature was 0 degrees Celsius so the environment cooled down because the reaction absorbed heat. If you plug in this negative delta T to the q formula, it yields a negative q. A negative q means that the reaction is exothermic which disproves what delta T tells us by being negative. Can you please explain this as I do not understand it AT ALL? thanks!

That's what I remember about my dreams - the pure, strong emotion. The highs are very high, and the lows are very low.

Bliss, contentment, love, sadness, regret, loss.

I'm sort of grateful I don't feel these things so much in my waking life. It would upset the routine.
