So my girlfriend rents this movie and comes over. Tells me she rented The Devil Wears Prada. Im thinking great-sounds like a suspense/horror type movie dealing with some demonic character trying to take over the world. Boy was i wrong. Chick Flick all the way! I sat there for like 2 hours bored out of my wits waiting for Lucifer himself to pop up, and the closest we get is some middle aged woman who is constantly on the period of her life-and chewing everyone out because of it.

I've been eating so much lately, my mom is leaving to go to Thailand in half an hour. I feel that my family doesn't care about me. Like, my mom promised me that she would pick me up one more time before going off in her trip for a month, and she didn't come. T_T I asked her why she's going and she just said "i'm going because i'm tired of your father for a while" i asked "what about me? how do you think i feel?" and she says "Oh, honey my happiness comes first before yours :)" and that made me go like this O_o. Now my dad keeps on complaining over and over....and i don't really like my dad. i love himand all but...just... :( Any helpful suggestions? I"m sad right now :'(

Ok, so, there is this really hot nice girl that I know, lets just call her Jane (thats not her real name.) Anyways whenever i talk to her online and compliment her saying like your funny or your really nice she just says "lol." She doesnt even say your really nice too or anything. She only likes me as a friend i think, but i like her more than that. Also, i am shy so dont expect me to give her flowers or anything. What is the length of a coiled wire in a circle if the wire itself has a width of A, total diameter D, and N revolutions?

The wire starts at the origin of the circle and directly rotates around itself, creating a spiral. In the case I am examining, it is a wire that is .5 inches wide, and has a total diameter of about 100 inches on the outside loop.

A solution for an ellipse would also help.
