most diet pills work to supress your appetite. You are better off to just use portion control and eat smaller amounts of food and avoid the pills

The only pill I can recommend you take is a Vitamin. I take Stress Formula with Zinc. Diet pills are dangerous and if you are going to spend money on diet pills...why not just spend the money on a healthier lifestyle? The key to losing and maintaining is the good old eat better and exercise. Works like a charm. It's either that or plastic surgery.....
I have lost over 35 pounds and have kept it off for over 2 years now. I changed my eaiting habits, started eating healthier and exercising. Not only did it work and still works, I feel better over all. Eating healthy doesn't mean eating untasty foods! It all comes down to calorie intake, lots of protein, good fats, good carbs and a balanced diet. In the morning, I start my day with my multi-vitamin, a banana and a bowl of enriched oatmeal. For lunch I usually go for a salad/soup with grilled chicken. In the afternoon, I have a protein drink or Light 'N Fit Yogurt and at dinner, I eat very sensible.....grilled fish, veggies and lots of water. Peanut butter is a great source of protein and "good fat." So go join the gym, talk to a trainer and get your life started....not your diet. I have watched so many friends take diet pills and lose weight....only to put it back on plus more. Ease your way into your new lifestyle....one you are in it...you will wonder how you ever did not live the way that u do. Cheers! Good luck

There's NO safe, effective diet pill. The closest thing out there was ephedra but since people used/abused them to make crystal meth they got pulled. Plus they can cause heart palptiations/twitching in high doses.
