He probably just said that because the real reason he broke up with you was confusing or he was afraid to tell you. Or really, he did really fall out of love with you. I'm sure it happens. But you have to move on. Try finding a better guy or just do something that makes you happy and eventually, if you don't keep thinking and worrying about him, you'll get over it and forget.

the best thing is to move on no matter how hard it is. you should not put your life on hold for another person to come around. what if they never do? its so cliche but what ever was meant to be will be in the end. all you can do now is take some time out to be good to yourself, give your heart time to mend and try to make you a better you! you never know he might realize what he had and lost! the best revenge is to just have a wonderful life without him!

Move On!
Giving up doesn't always mean you are weak; sometimes it means that you are strong enough to let go. When love is lost, do not bow your head in sadness; instead keep your head up high and gaze into heaven for that is where your broken heart has been sent to heal. Relationships are like glass. Sometimes it's better to leave them broken than try to hurt yourself putting it back together.

im sorry to tell you this sweetheart but theres nothing you can do.its his loss...im sure youre a great girl and there are tons of other guys out there who would absolutely love to date you.theres so many people out there...one of them is perfect for you.apparently your ex wasnt.dont worry,youll be back on your feel in no time.jjust keep your head up and eyes open.try not to think about it too much and i know youll be fine.
