okay anyways look up vitiligo and tinea versicolor

try a dermatologist or get ur hair cut a different way

What? Never heard of such a thing. "Alcohol of peroxide." No such thing. Hair cuts don't discolor your skin.

Maybe you should see a doctor. This make no sense at all.

I'm a nurse. Cocoa butter or you could get a chemical peel, but I would try the cocoa butter first. Take care and all the best.

No acohol is good for greasy skin. Try proactive or ambi complexion soap.
