Missing Letter
There was a father and son who were always in competition with each other. One day the son left to take an entrance exam at a university. He wanted to major in medicine. A week later he returned from his trip looking very down in the dumps.

"How was the exam?" asked his father.

"They asked quite a lot of 'Fill in the missing letter' questions about first aid and stuff. I got a score of 75%. It wasn't good enough to get accepted," the boy replied.

"Well in that case I better take that exam myself," the father said. So off to the university he went. A week later the father returned from his trip looking very down in the dumps.

"How was the exam?" asked his son.

"They asked quite a lot of 'fill in the missing letter' questions about first aid and I got them all wrong but one."

"Gee, Dad. Which question was that?"

"The question was...", started the father, "What do you do when you come across a lady which has fainted. You feel her PU_S_ ?"

An employment agency booked me on to a first aid course and the £110 would be deducted from my first 2 weeks wages. The job did not materialise and I have sent a cheque for £10 to the company with a written promise to pay the rest @ £10 per month (I am unemployed on £54 per week dole) The cheque has been sent back to me with a demand that I pay in full. What can I do now?

Hi,
The bike is 2nd hand, and its an older model I think about 2001. It has a kickstart with a lever on the left handle bar, however Im not sure what Im meant to do ie do I press this lever in whilst attempting to kick start? Or press it in once just before commencing to kick start it? So far nothing I have tried works. Im assuming the bike's meant to be in neutral. Anyhelp would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the answer, but im not talking about the clutch. The Ktm's are electric start, and also have a kick start for flat batteries. To use the kick start there is a little lever-near the clutch-that somehow allows you to kick start the bike...not sure how though??

according to a lot of people replied to Yahoo answer , it gave me the impression that just because america always managed to kill more enemies than losing its own , based on that calculation , america has never lost in a war . do you agree with this assumption? For example , america lost 50,000 soldiers but killed 3m vietnamese , so america won the vietnam war !!! does this make sense to you ???

We came to live in Africa on a short contract 18 months ago. Six months later I had to go abroad for 2 months for a major life-saving op. While I was away he started an affair with a local girl who works in the market. He promised he would end it but never did. When I discovered she'd had an abortion and was pregnant again I asked him to leave. Haven't seen him since and am much more at peace, but he sees the boys several times a week. Turns out he's had quite a few affairs. I'm planning to move home with the boys, but once we go it'll be hard for them to see their Dad more than once or twice a year. I think he plans to stay long-term; he's scared he won't get work elsewhere. The school here is not very good and I need family and friends around who love me... But, guys, I need your advice, especially if you grew up with a long-distance Dad. Is this going to work out OK for my boys, or am I making a big mistake? I'd do anything rather than hurt them.
