Hi!!
For someone predisposed to eye puffiness, changes to diet and lifestyle (under the supervision of a physician) may be required to reduce the possibility of swelling. A cold compress near the eye can act as a short-term remedy as cold temperature constricts blood vessels, preventing the flow of fluid into tissues and diminishing puffiness in the process.A natural astringent, such as a sliced cucumber can also provide short-term relief.
The best way to prevent is:
Elevating the head while sleeping can prevent the gravitational redistribution of fluid that is associated with eye swelling.
A low-carb diet can prevent eye puffiness by preventing water retention.
Eating foods rich in vitamins, especially A, C and E, helps to reduce eye puffiness and to maintain clear, moist skin

I hope this helps u!!!

You can find out more about natural hemorrhoids cure here:
https://tinyurl.im/aH64r

Note that:
Diarrhea can contribute to hemorrhoid formation because the bowel undergoes pressure strains due to the condition. Undue pressure on the veins that make up internal hemorrhoidal structures can worsen existing damage. Internal hemorrhoids are not visible, unless they proplapse (protrude) from the anus, either constantly or during a bowel movement. If this is the case, then you have a grade III or IV internal hemorrhoid. If the protrusion is on the anal verge or the area surrounding the anus, then its likely an external hemorrhoid. Reducing pressure from issues of diarrhea and constipation will help. Not straining during a bowel movement, not lifting heavy objects, not sitting for extended periods, all will help.

An external hemorrhoid is simply a vein located at the anal verge, the wall of which as weakened and protruded. Don't push on it, this will only increase pressure and worsen it. The body has to repair the vein wall and rebuild the integrity. This takes time, perhaps weeks, if all goes well. Use sitz baths and over-the-counter medications such as pads or creams to provide symptom relief in the interim. These won't solve the issue long term, but will give the tissue a better chance at self-healing.

Internal hemorrhoids are a different matter and require more intervention. Your best bet is to educate yourself about the condition, its causes and what options there are to treat it both short and long term. Don't ignore it though, hemorrhoids tend to become chronic in nature, lasting years or decades in some cases.

You need to keep your body hydrated, drink 2 litres of water a day. Don't use moisturiser on the eye area, it's too heavy, ONLY ue an eye cream. Lay off the alcohol and the late nights and you should start to see an improvement. In the morning try the old cold teabags over the eyes to reduce the bags. Good luck!

Puffy eyes are a sign of either infection, water retention, lack of sleep or too much alcohol.

Assuming you have ruled out infection and are not going to bed after too much alcohol water retention and/or lack of sleep are the causes of the issue.

Lack of sleep is relatively easily treated.

Water retention, on the other hand, must be dealt with. It could indicate a problem with your kidneys...? The body is brilliant in pointing the way so don't ignore it.

I mean- do not cover up the symptom (by dealing ONLY with the puffiness).

Once you have dealt with the primary cause of the puffiness here are the tips for dealing with the residual puffiness:

1. Drink more water. This is the key- water retention and/or lack of sleep is best treated with water. The more water you drink the more water you do NOT retain. Sounds double Dutch, but there you are!

2. Splash your face with cold water on a morning, use cold used teabags or use cucumber slices to put over your eyes for a few minutes- all these will close the capillaries in your face and reduce swelling. Also- consider a cooling aloe vera gel. ;-)

3. Avoid alcohol and coffee. If you must have coffee ALWAYS drink a glass of water for EVERY cup of coffee you drink.

RE:
How do I prevent eye bags in the morning?

Bags under the eyes are caused by the presence of fat and liquid beneath the skin. This occurs naturally in everyone, but as we become older and our metabolism slows down and our skin loses its elasticity, the fat and water accumulate and doesn't drain away. This makes bags more puffy and obvious. Unfortunately, there is no miracle cure and there are no eye exercises that can remove the fat, but there are things you can do to prevent, delay or minimize the appearance of these unsightly bags.

Tips to combat bags under the eyes
Don't drink large amounts of water or other liquids before going to bed - three hours before bedtime is a good cut-off point. When in bed, it is better to lie on your back than your front, as this enables blood and other fluids in the body to flow more easily. So if you do suffer from eye bags, you may find that simply changing your sleeping posture can reduce the accumulation of water.
Adding an extra pillow helps elevate the head and prevent accumulation of water around the under eyes area.
Limit your intake of salt, as this is another cause of water retention.
When applying eye care products, gently massage them in with spiraling motion, being careful not to drag delicate skin around the eye too strongly as this may result in the appearance of fine lines.
If you have puffiness under your eyes when you get up in the morning, apply cotton wool pads dipped in cold milk to the eyes area for 10 minutes to reduce the swelling. You can use cold chamomile tea or green tea instead of milk to achieve the same effect (store used teabags in plastic bag in the fridge, so they are ready whenever you need them). Compressing two thin slices of cold cucumber onto the eyes area can also relax and refresh the skin, soothing puffiness and reducing dark circles.
Squeezing the juice of half a lemon into a glass of warm water abd drink it the first thing in the morning. This will detoxify the body and help prevent the formation of bags under the eyes.
Unless the weather is extremely dry, do not apply a thick layer of eye cream around your eyes, especially creams with a rich, moisturizing formula. Heavy eye creams can overload fragile eye skin, causing fatty lumps and flabby, droopy eye lids.

I hope this helps !!

There are some special creams or liquid that are sold in general stores in order to prevent eye bags in the morning.
But I saw an old method on a website one time which consisted to put hemorrhoid cream on the eye bags so that they disappear. But it was used by stars in grandmothers days and I wouldn't try if I were you... Ah ! Ah ! I thought it was so silly that I have never tasted !

to decrease existing bags...use preperation H as it constricts the blood vessels.

to prevent...sleep on a few pillows or put a book under the head of the bed...as this stops the fluids from gathering in your face.

drinking lots of water also helps as it ensures that there isnt a build up of toxins in the body which could contribute.

and of course, get enough sleep...though thats not much help if the bags are hereditary ( which they often are!!)

1. Get 8 hours sleep.
2. Use night eye cream, and soothing gel in the morning to make your eyes more alert.
3. Use an eye cooling gel mask for half hour in the morning.
4. Wear a light reflecting concealer to hide them!
