This is a sincere comment. I think you need to embrace the phrase "don't try to become a jack of all trades but aim at being the master of one". I suggest you work really hard on your english first since i am assuming your english is better than your hindi.

You can know how to speak hindi by seeing any hindi movie and its easy.. once u will learn it just try it in writing

i can speak hindi urdu punjabi and potwari and i am english but does that matter if so for what i still cant get a job
