I am a female very serious about weight training and building muscle. I lift weights, do much cardio, and have a smart eating plan. I also incorporate whey proteins into my diet. I am currently 120 pounds and although my goal is to gain muscle, I also want to keep the fat and water weight off. I recently heard that creatine can cause excessive weight gain in a matter of weeks. Åny advice?

I like this guy named Patrick. We spent last Saturday together and had a blast in the snow. H eacted like he really cared and later that night i met him after work. We talked and that's when he said he liked me. We kissed and then we went home. The worst thing is everything happened in front of my little sister, so i have a witness and he can't say he didn't do this or that. I found out this morning that he likes someone else by my best friend Kyle. I'm confused....plz help me!!!

This was a rainy day thing my mother did years ago. I just remember her pouring a whole box of salt in a big bowl and then adding other things. My sister and I would divide it into four big balls and color each with a different food color. This would keep us busy for hours.I would love to do this with my grandchildren. Does anyone know what else was in it? Thanks!

I hear lots of people saying, well, if you think your God, go ahead, create this or that like he does.

Humankind are very close to (if they haven't already) creating other living things.

Does this mean they are God?

The irony is, they are told not to mess with it, it is only God's domain, yet when they do create it, people act like they want it?

What gives, are people God, or not God? It has been proven that given time, anything God can do, so can man, right?

I've always liked to wear authentic Major League Baseball caps, like from New Era or American Needle, but from what I've found online, it seems like everything is going to the low-profile, low-crown versions. The thing is, authentic MLB caps, either past or present, aren't low-crown or low-profile, they're high-crown, so what is being made now, IMHO, is not authentic anymore. I know low-profile baseball-style caps seem to be more popular, but again, a low-profile MLB cap is not authentic. What gives here? Will we ever be able to get real, authentic, high-crown authentic MLB caps again or are the makers giving in to public demand at the cost of authenticity? I guess I may be out in the ozone, but when I want something authentic, I want the exact same thing the players wear, period.

I am using sand in my laboratory experiments. I want to dye some sand (blue color) just to have a contrast with the rest of the sand. I used ink color which is fair enough, but I want to improve the results. kindly help me.

i have had several peircings done and i think it's time for a new one. i have my tongue, belly button, tragus, rooke, and nose done. i was thinking about getting my hood done, but i'm not sure. how long do you have to wait after it's pierced before having sex? my rooke still hurts all of the time and i've had it done for a while. i would also like to know if anyone has had that experience with their hood.

I have a huge crush on my friend. And Im tryin to figureout if she likes me. She always ims me whenever Im online or when i sign on. She loves hanging out with me and she insists that me and her hang out alone. She saids that I make her laugh all the time, and that I always make her day whenver me and her talk. We both text eachother alot back and forth. I asked her to be my date for my date party that i have and she said would love to be my date. How can i tell her that I would like to be her boyfriend and I would like her to be my girlfriend?
