how to make a duster?

my class teacher gave me punishment for not attending my handwork class..... i hate this class the most..... the duster in my class is very old and bad........ as a punishment i have to make a new one... when i said that i will buy one....... den he refused me to do so! so guys please help me!

Be a smart elick...tie a washcloth to a pencil or something stupid like that.

if you wanna be serious...maybe cut some cloth into strips and attach it to some sorta of handle...idk thats my best shot lmao
