I have two fish, Silver and Golden and they are 5 years old. Silver is acting weirdly. She is standing on her head in like a bottom feeding pose. She is fine in herself though (I am only presuming Silver's female because of her characteristics, I do not know for certain). Her lower scales are also standing up very slightly and she is a bit bloated. She is fine at food time though! The second the food goes in she is up at the top gobbling and then she cruises the tank like normal, bottom feeding and moving out of the whirlwinds way (Golden is blind and gets a little over excited at foodtimes!) She does'nt seem to have any intention of dying and she seems way to well so its not dropsy because from what Ive read that is a slow death where the scales stand up and some fall off blood seeps from their body. It could be intestial worms but surely Golden would be ill too. The water has been changed twice since she started this. Could it be her 1st breeding season. Please help!!!!!!!

Our cat is going to have kittens soon and I would like to know what we will need to do when they are born? any special needs? how soon after can we get mom cat fixed? Do we have to take mom cat to vet after she has kittens or just when we get her fixed?

well i have a problem well not really i don't know well my mom is abusing me and i am not doing my work at school and i can't make time to call my boyfriend. and i don't know what to do because i love him i don't ever want to brake up with him but able to see him is pprobly hurting him and i don't want to do that. and we think we r ment to be toghether and we have everything in common and i don't know what to do every time i think about braking up with him it feels like a part of me is dieing what should i do ?

Is it possible to get disability while on retirement? My father in-law is a retired man although he does still work. He is having many health problems right now and we are unable to find any type of help. Medicare and welfare will not cover him since they go by the amount of income and do not take into consideration how much him and his wife have to pay out! He has heart problems so finding affordable coverage is damn near impossible. Does anybody know of anything we can do?! We live in the state of Pennsylvania, so if you know of any medical help please let me know!!! Also I need to know if someone knows for certain whether or not he can file for disability since he is getting ssi on retirement!

Its absolutely ridiculous! BOTH women are extremely talented, one is a proven marektable showstopper, selling out concerts & multi-platinum albums, the other is a proven powerhouse vocalist with the capability of winning awards left & right....so BOTH of them are hot! Why do people keep asking, who's better, and who do u dislike more, and do u think one is jealous of the other? Its petty, shallow, messy & feeds into the stereotype that women are naturally catty and vindictive. Im a fan of both & as long as they keep putting out great music, i'll continue to be. Agree, disagree?

because i have a 2 year old at home and am worried that an older dog may not be good with kids, and i don't want to take the chance of my son getting bitten or attacked, BUT i know puppies go first and the older ones sit there waiting.

Why is it that so many celebutants (or whatever they are called...lol) can f-up on the road with almost no consequenses?? If she were a regular person she would be in so much trouble by now. When I keep hearing about all these celebraties who get a little slap on the wrist for drunk driving or other irrisponsable driving behaivior it really makes me mad. I know people who have died because of ignorant drivers who get in the car drunk. Driving down the wrong side of the FREEWAY?? Racing down the highway with your headlights off??? Come on?? When will they learn to take responsability for themselves and act like adults??

My 6 yr old Dobe would have completely destroyed over 15 pairs of slippers, several carpets and over 50 Balls!!! I have always corrected her by talking to her sternly and keeping her in seclusion for some time. Nothing has worked so far and she continues her destructive work. This is especially in the mornings and its so frustrating to see everything in bits and pieces as I wake up and enter the pantry. Any suggestions???
