Why is it that so many celebutants (or whatever they are called...lol) can f-up on the road with almost no consequenses?? If she were a regular person she would be in so much trouble by now. When I keep hearing about all these celebraties who get a little slap on the wrist for drunk driving or other irrisponsable driving behaivior it really makes me mad. I know people who have died because of ignorant drivers who get in the car drunk. Driving down the wrong side of the FREEWAY?? Racing down the highway with your headlights off??? Come on?? When will they learn to take responsability for themselves and act like adults??

If you have a certain amount of traffic vilations it IS a big deal. I know people who have been put in jail because they continuously do dangerous driving behaivior behind the wheel. I never said she was drunk, dude.

i believe if you are caught drink driving more than once you should loose your licence permanantly. period. it makes me cross too, and like kate moss. any other crackhead mother would have been arrested and have their daughter taken into care, but what does she get? "dont do it again kate". it makes me mad

There is no indication that she was drunk yesterday. Driving with a license that may (or may not) have not been suspended would not be a big deal were she not famous.
