You cannot get a good corset for waist training at Wal-Mart, Target, Dillard's or anyplace like that. Here are a couple of websites:

It may sound impossible but it's really easy to improve your vision without surgery with some specific eye exercises. I'm following this method http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=413 and it's working incredibly well.

Try eBay or go around some second hand shops if you don't want second hand one marks an Spencer have some nice corsets so have any good lingerie shop..

Have you seen what a waist training corset does to your inner organs? There is a reason your waist is the size it is, to make room for your organs. If you go overboard with this waist training you can rupture your organs and die. Think again and get all the relevant facts before you do something that you could NOT live to regret.
