Some one has already given you a good list.
In our tank we have plecostomus, they can eventually grow quite large but don't ever bother even the smaller fish, we have black widow tetras which are very energetic mid water fish.
but one guy mentioned silver sharks we had 3 of them but everytime we cleaned the tank we had to be carefully of them jumping.
So stay away from silver sharkes they are capable of jumping 6 feet out of the water
all the above would live hapily with a red tail

Tiger barbs will be fine, there are quite a few variations, such as the green moss barb, red tailed black sharks dont really bother other fish,as they are bottom to middle dwellers, they do tend to chase a bit but thats about it,clown loaches, coolie loaches, corydoras, anything that can get out of the way quick, but nothing with flowing fins and tails, cos they can nip as well at times.

Smarty has a good selection that you can add but i'll just give you some tips. Dont overcrowd the tank if it's 24x15. Put a couple of ceramic logs in and that should keep any other sharks happy.

Ya your typical fish can but stay away from the exotic fish like discus. They like the water to be warmer. Stay away from the African cycilids, or any type of brackish water fish. (fish who like a lot of salt in the water)
You could also add a male beta. He will enjoy the two female. Plus the way he and she make the nest for the babies is kool. Another kool fish to add is a Balla shark. Gotta watch that though cuz they might fight or compete to be the dominate fish.
And FYI that red tail will only look good if you get just one of him. That is the only way that his tail will be as red as it can be.

It would help people give you good suggestions if we knew what size your tank was, and what kind of catfish you have. There are hundreds of thousands of different species of catfish, so just saying you have catfish tells us nothing.

Anything - neon tetras, kissing gouramis, plecostomus, cichlids, the lot.
I'm a bit concerned about your inclusion of siamese fighting fish though - aren't the females aggressive?
