Instead of alcohol at the bar, I drink tonic water and lime. It looks like a gin and tonic so people don't give me crap for not drinking.

However it has quinine in it. According to wiki in the US it only has 83ppm which is a fraction of the medical dose. But since i drink a lot of it should I be watchful of my intake?

Is there potential poisoning or toxic levels to beware of? Long term effects of drinking it so often?

I recently come across a unopened packet of mary quant stockings, unopened.
They cost all of 50p so i snapped them up!

I have always had problems with constipation when travelling but these past few months I have been extremely constipated no matter what. At one point in time I was taking iron pills which is supposed to make you constipated (that was in the summer) but I was not nearly as constipated as I am now. I only go once or twice a week maximum. I eat an extremely high fiber diet and take fiber pills. I run every day and lead an active lifestyle. I don't really notice I havnt gone until the fourth day when my stomach is extremely bloated and I can feel everything inside. I just want to know why I get this constipated because it definitly is not due to a lack of fiber or excersize. I drink enough water also.

My sibling was incarcerated for almost a decade,I wrote him the entire time he was in.When he would write me he'd go on about how he's tranformed and changed,how he was a different person.He's been out less than a year and he's basically gone back to being the same guy.He doesn't talk to his daughter,made a big deal about how he was gonna build a relationship with her(she was a few months old when he went in),said he was gonna get a clean job,seems to be always talking about doing something illegal though.Family was happy to see him when he got out ,but we've all started to avoid him because whenever he calls he tries to talk us into doing him an illegal "favor".I'm the only one who contacted him when he was in...but his calls make me uncomfy and I don't believe I'll be answering the phone for him anymore either.It's like we all are watching him walk himself back to jail....It very sad...Does this happen alot with freed inmates? What to do??

The skin around my fingernails is always dry and doesn't look very nice. I have Lubriderm moisturizer and use it on my hands but is there a way to get rid of this dry skin? ...An "at home" remedy that anyone can share?
