If running a web server ther are two ways of finding out what your ip is and finding your server.
Open internet explorer and type ether http://localhost or http://127.0.0.1
this is a direct entrance to your server, however if you want to let others have access to you server then you need to find out the ip address your running, to do this do the following.

(1) Open a dos prompt. Click on start, all programes, accessories, click on comand prompt.

(2) in the open window type, netstat -n

Your ip address to give people will be the first under the heading LOCAL ADDRESS

I don't understand what u mean on the 'SERVER'.
Did U use a workstation & want to know the server in ur's?
If so open a browser [Firefox or InternetExplorer] and just type
http://localhost

The result page show all your server info

do u mean your isp ?
if so its who u pay to connect to the internet ...
