lately I've been plannin to lose a couple of pounds and maybe shape up my body...but I think my exercise routines are not that helpful at all...so please help me...just give suggestions...I'M DESPERATE.....(my body is the only thing that is stoppin me from havin a girlfreind)

They are starving to death, and no one seems to be worried. They are large land mammals. So are humans. They aren't the only species that are becoming endangered, and why aren't people paying attention? This is some scary stuff. Are people in denial or do they just not care? People seem to worry about what happened to Anna Nicole Smith's dead body instead.

There is a rally on March 20th in Washington DC for the polar bears, but I can't go. :(

I am married and my age is 23. I visited your site. It is a good site.
I want to ask that I have a lot of hair loss from the day I got married. I am very much worried as I had little dandruff too.
I also want to ask that the past few weeks there is no glow on my face and I am looking some what aged too. I don't know the reason why? I used to have a lot of glow on my face, now nothing. After my marriage, I had faced the problem of pimples.

2 months ago I asked my fiancee for time apart; things were moving fast, marriage was coming, and I thought I needed to think alone. She was very upset, but I insisted and didnt see her for a month. I realized how much I loved and I asked her to take me back. At first she was still angry at me and she was dating someone else but broke that off after 1 week. She forgave me and we are happly engaged again. Recently I found out that she had sex with the other guy before she took me back. She says she wanted to have sex and she was free to so. She also said the guy was very sweet and she was the one who had made the decision. She told him she would go back to me, and that he coud have one night only. We have talked about how she was hurt, and also about the sex we are back in love and my heart knows she is the one, but it bothers me that she admits she also wanted to teach me a lesson for hurting her so bad, and I wonder if it was right of her to make me feel jealous... but should I ??
