I pray everyday. My life is not complete unless I pray because I know it's for my good health and well being. That, and science has proven that the poses used in our prayers are good for our physical and mental health. Have a good day, sister :)

Yes, I pray. Scientific studies have shown positive effects for those that have faith and those that pray. It doesn't mean you can avoid the bad things that happen in life, but in general, these studies have shown faster recovery times and increased levels of coping when prayer/faith is involved. It is our connection to God.

we as Jehovah Witnesses pray to Jehovah God everyday. if you can count how many times you pray to Jehovah, then you are not praying enough. this is how we can talk to Jehovah and tell him how we feel, thank him for the food, and we can talk to Jehovah whenever we have a big problem and need a friend. Jehovah is our best friend. and we end the prayer by saying in the name of your son Jesus Christ, amen. you can pray to Jehovah, seating,standing or lying down. Jehovah is always there for us, night or day. he is never to busy to hear our prayers
