I agree with MenifeeManiac ... instumental in both foreign and domestic affairs and all affairs between. Bill has a proven track record handling affairs. When it comes to affairs, he's quite the expert. There should be a whole new department with a cabinet position. "Department of Affairs" Of course, if he ran it, then he'd have to report to Hillary and that would suck.
