you have to assume when you examine the "acheivements" of the eight years he had you will undoubtedly see more of the same...such as...

- The only president ever impeached on grounds of personal malfeasance
- Most number of convictions and guilty pleas by friends and associates*
- Most number of cabinet officials to come under criminal investigation
- Most number of witnesses to flee country or refuse to testify
- Most number of witnesses to die suddenly
- First president sued for sexual harassment.
- First president accused of rape.
- First first lady to come under criminal investigation
- Largest criminal plea agreement in an illegal campaign contribution case
- First president to establish a legal defense fund.
- First president to be held in contempt of court
- Greatest amount of illegal campaign contributions
- Greatest amount of illegal campaign contributions from abroad
- First president disbarred from the US Supreme Court and a state court

I don't know about that, but its for sure the Republicans will be relegated to being the domestic help.

I agree with MenifeeManiac ... instumental in both foreign and domestic affairs and all affairs between. Bill has a proven track record handling affairs. When it comes to affairs, he's quite the expert. There should be a whole new department with a cabinet position. "Department of Affairs" Of course, if he ran it, then he'd have to report to Hillary and that would suck.

ex-President William Jefferson Clinton will be the chief advisor to President Hillary Clinton, and will be instrumental in foreign affairs. I would not be surprised if President Clinton gave her husband a cabinet post.
