Losing 50 - 100 hairs a day is natural. If you are losing more, it could be due to the stress of your new life. You're probably in a
new home and on a new daily schedule, and your body is getting adjusted. This is also normal. As you relax and become more
comfortable in your new home, your hair loss will settle down. If it continues longer, then you may want to see a doctor, But it's
too soon for that now, I think.
As for your dull skin: that might be also due to the stress of your new life. Your skin reflects how you feel; when you're happy and
sunny, your skin is happy and glowing. I have a suggestion that might help restore some glow: smile. When you smile, you use
certain facial muscles that help release endorphins (your body's natural opiate) into your system and you'll feel happier. There
have been many studies that prove that you can influence your emotions by exercise, and smiling is one of the easiest exercises
to perform.

Check your diet.....you put junk into your body, it will have to come out somewhere....your face. Try taking flax oil tablets, or there is also a omega product that you can buy at GNC called omega joy. These tablets contain all your "good" fats that your body needs, and also it will brighten up your complexion, and help you lose weight, if you need it. I have been taking this product for many years, I actually enjoy the oil rather then the tablet, but that's personal preference. Also I am 35,and recently to a trip to las vegas i was id'd. So start with these suggestions, before you resort to other products, that are just a marketing ploy, to steal your money, and promise you everything, but in the end you may have worse results. Good Luck

Bodies change about every seven years. At 23 you're due. You could be experiencing Mother Nature's plan for you.
Also, as others have mentioned:
1) Don't smoke
2) Replace lost fluids (esp. if you drink alcohol and coffee or caffeinated soda)
3) Don't stress
4) Get plenty of rest
5) Drink lots of water
6) Clean face in the morning and evening
7) Moisturize in the morning and evening
8) Exercise
9) Stay out of the sun
10) Use very strong SPF lotion (40!)

A very good tonic for tired stressed skin is undiluted sea buckthorn oil, the only place I can find it undiluted is on here ... http://www.rosacea-remedy.com/remedy.html They sell the intensive rosacea remedy treatment oil for rosacea but it is basically pure sea buckthorn oil with some lovely beneficial essential oils added. The trial size has enough to do at least 20 overnight treatments but you must follow the instructions.
Lots of pure water & fruit, veg and fresh air should help the rest. Perhaps some multivitamins for a month?

Lots of water, it can't be stressed enough. it reduces facial puffiness and contributes to a healthy "glow". Personally when applying makeup I puts lots of moisturiser right on the tops of my cheekbones and up to right before i reach my ears. it highlights your bone structure and gives an ethereal effect. I believe that a glow has to also come from the inside. Find out what makes you happy and don't let it go.

you know what i had the same problem so i would advise you to try some neutrogena products i use the clear bar and i grease my face with cocoa butter i never use any soap on my skin that has any fragrance and somedays i only use water i do this because last year i had stripped the oils from my face and it looked so dry and patchy, when i told my cousin who is an LPN she told me it was bacteria and advised me to use neosporin so you can also try that to see if that helps.

It's my opinion that the glow comes from withing. When you're happy, satisfied, at peace, not worrying, etc that will translate to your face.
Also look at your diet. Are you eating right and drinking water?
Smoking will take the glow from your face, so if you smoke, stop.
